Please contact your local showroom if you have:
  • A question about an existing order (please have your invoice number available)
  • A query about a scheduled delivery
  • Any questions about an order that has already been delivered.
Changes to orders

If you wish to change an order, please contact the Comfort Clinic™ that you placed your order at, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. If you contact us within a few days of placing an order, we may be able to make changes, however, once the goods are in production, a change/cancellation charge to cover our costs may apply. Changing an order may cause a delay to your expected delivery date and may alter the price you have been quoted.

Delivery lead times

You should have been given an estimated delivery time but please note that our standard lead time is fourteen (14) working days as this allows us the time to hand-craft your custom-made bed. If your quoted delivery date changes, we will let you know. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our control. If you have any queries about the delivery of your order, please contact the Comfort Clinic™ where you placed your order.

Colour matching

Please note that when merchandise is ordered at different times, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to variations between batches.
